What's a Claude action?
One request to Claude. A Capture parse ("six cans of beans, two cases of water…" turned into items) is one. So is reading a nutrition-label photo, an interview reply, an explanation of your Scorecard, an Ask Claude question, a drafted plan or a narrated drill day. Counting, scoring, ranking gaps and every export use none.
Actions reset on the first of each month. If you run out, everything else keeps working: edit and use up what you've counted, read your Scorecard and Gaps, start your Plan, and print your Binder.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Free has no card and no time limit.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from Account › Billing › Manage billing. Stripe prorates the difference.
What happens to extra operators if we go back to Free?
Nobody is locked out of the household's plan. You just can't invite anyone new until you upgrade again.
Who handles payments?
Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
